Light a Candle
Joshua Adams Joshua Thomas Adams, 21, Topeka, passed away at his home Thursday, February 19, 2015. Joshua was born August 11, 1993, in Topeka, the son of Thomas and Julie Slusser Adams. He was a life-long member of Mater Dei Holy Name Church. He attended USD 501 schools including Capital City High School. Josh was fun and loving and will be dearly missed. Josh's survivors include his daughter, Jaycee; parents, Tom and Julie Adams; siblings, Matthew, Jamie and Emily; grandparents, Thomas and Janice Slusser and Diana Adams; several nieces and nephews and many aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Howard Adams, his aunt, Makayla and cousin, Austin Adams. Family will greet friends from 5 to 6:45 p.m. Thursday at Kevin Brennan Family Funeral Home, 2801 SW Urish Road, Topeka KS 66614, followed by Remembrances and then a rosary will be prayed at 7 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Mater Dei Holy Name Church at 10:30 a.m. Friday. Burial will follow at Penwell-Gabel Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to the funeral home to help with expenses.
